Timber Holiday Lodges

Wicksteed Park Timber Lodges are attracting serious interest, as the Lodge site develops. These luxury lodges are set in a secure and tranquil lakeside setting and are accompanied with a host of benefits.

Pitch reservations are taken on a strictly first come first served basis and once we have reserved all pitches our books will be closed. A £1000 holding deposit will be taken to confirm genuine interest.

Customers should choose a pitch which falls into the appropriate price range. We will then work closely with you to choose your perfect lodge from the wide range available.

50% of the purchase price (or 20% + finance agreed) will be payable to enable us to order the lodge. The balance is payable 14 days before you take possession and move into your lodge.

You will have unlimited access to your lodge throughout the season which runs from 7th Feb to 7th January each year. The site fee will be £2350 (including vat) which is payable at the start of each season. (NB this figure will be reviewed annually and will usually increase in line with the cost of living). In addition you will pay charges for electricity, gas and water use.

Friends and family are welcome to use your lodge whenever you choose but commercial sub letting, which will be a very attractive proposition, must be organised through our office. Our sublet package is exclusively managed by Hoseasons, the UK's largest provider of self catering holidays.

All owners will benefit from free ride season tickets for themselves and immediate family, i.e.: 4 berth lodge = 2 adult and 2 child passes, 6 berth lodge = 2 adult and 4 child passes.

Owners are responsible for their family & guests any breach of park rules will in the first instance be reported to the owner.

All lodges will be purchased through Wicksteed Park and will adhere to the residential build standard BS3632. They will be NCC approved and badged. Lodges have an anticipated lifespan of 40 years and must be maintained in good condition. Upkeep of the lodge is the owner's responsibility.
